The directory lists insurance agencies using public records and pages the agencies publish. A rating is a research screen. It is not a statement that an agency wants to buy, sell, mentor, or partner, unless the profile says that in so many words.

You may use the site to research agencies. You may not scrape it in a way that degrades the service, or present a rating as the agency's own offer.
