What we collect
Public business information about insurance agencies: license records, names, cities, and facts published on an agency's own website or in news. Profile pages show that information with a link to the source.
If you submit the claim form, we store the agency you named, the email address you typed, any optional NPN, and the text of the request. We use that only to review the claim or a correction.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We do not send newsletters or claim invitations. We do not put private owner fields on the public site.
Correction or removal
Use the claim form. Say which agency, what is wrong, and whether you want a correction or removal. We review the request against the public source. A removal request does not by itself delete a license record that a state still publishes.
